“Web Based – Awesome!! I
can use it anywhere I have a high-speed Internet connection.
I can access my database from my laptop and work with live
data!!
Being able to change views to include
data specific to the task at hand is wonderful. With only
limited technical skills, one can easily create queries to
generate numerous reports. If your technical skills are more
advanced, the options in reporting can be limitless.
LACES is programmed to NRS standards
and determines the NRS level of a student based on assessment
scores. This eliminates any possibility of human error. That
means that the data is correct every time!
In my 20+ years in industry and education,
I have NEVER met or worked with a more professional Administrative
staff than LiteracyPro Inc.”

LACES tracks everyone
associated with your volunteer-based literacy program including:
students, volunteer tutors, pairs, and small groups. It tracks
outcome measures as required by ProLiteracy USA, the Workforce Investment
Act and the National Reporting System. Education gains, goal achievement,
demographic status, attendance hours and other data can be easily tracked. LACES also allows you
to create reports and track donors, contacts, and other affiliates.
You can better manage all aspects of student and tutor relationships,
tutor qualifications, referral data, transportation needs, and/or
location preferences. User friendly LACES allows authorized tutors
to enter data into the password-protected system. With LACES, you
will save time on a daily basis, and in particular, during reporting periods.
LACES also allows you to manage student and tutor relationships
by pairing them according to availability, tutor qualifications,
native language, transportation needs, or location preferences.
Instantly know which students need to be matched, which tutors
have completed training, how to categorize people who are involved
in their program but not currently active, as well as who has left
and why. |
