Web-Based Training

We use a third-party web site and telephone conference call service to conduct this training. If you participate, you will be on the phone with the trainer while viewing the trainer’s computer. Periodically, you will have the opportunity to interact with the software via the Internet.

To participate, all you need is the use of a computer with Internet access and a phone next to the computer that uses a separate phone line.

Instructor Led, Web-Based Training Overview
Web-based training is a convenient, effective, and affordable way to learn how to best utilize the benefits of LiteracyPro Systems, Inc. products. We currently offer instructor led Web-based training at a basic level for all software products.

Learn all of the essential concepts required to get started using LiteracyPro Systems software successfully. Practice entering data, walking students through their “life cycle” with your program, performing basic searches, and customizing lists and settings in the software to match your programs needs. Learn how to print several basic lists and reports.

Our trainer will demonstrate best practices for integrating the software into your office process, data entry tips, and helpful hints.

Specialized Instructor Led, Web-Based Training
Throughout the year, we offer specialized, one-hour training sessions on topics that are of particular interest to our clients. Space is limited for these sessions.

Customized Instructor Led, Web-Based Training
Please email us at training@literacypro.com if you are interested in customized training sessions on topics of your choice for your staff. This may be a helpful option if we are not currently offering the topics you need, or if you would prefer to have the training focused on your staff, rather than sharing with participants from other agencies.
